• Ability to route cause FICO is important in this role as well as basic development and transportation processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements
• Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
• Coordinate with Super Users in resolving issues that arises during user training
• Knowledge on Month-end & Year end activities
