Job Description
- Gather business requirements and design SAP C4C solutions
- Configure and customize SAP C4C modules
- Work on integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing
- Provide support and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MBA
- Strong experience in SAP C4C implementation
- Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with integrations using CPI or APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in agile environments
