• Hands on experience with Crystal Reports (queries, views, etc.), Report Layout Designer, SAP Dashboards and Cockpits
• Must be creative, comfortable learning and using new technologies
• Knowledge of integration with ERP, CRM and accounting systems
• Must have demonstrated ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Must have good communication skills.
