SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at Technosys Consulting involves supporting SAP system monitoring and performance tuning activities, performing basic user administration tasks including role and authorisation management, and learning and assisting in system backups, patch applications, and disaster recovery processes. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving fundamental technical issues under the guidance of senior team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support SAP system requirements, maintaining system documentation, and providing technical support to SAP users. The role requires working in a shift-based environment to support 24/7 system operations. The professional will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with basic understanding of SAP systems and their architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
