Requirements

• Act as a SAP Basis Support administrator for ABAP and JAVA stack for critical customer issues
• Provisioning system landscapes, install applications, and perform upgrades & OS/DB migrations
• Act as a SAP Basis Support administrator for ABAP and JAVA stack for critical customer issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAP Basis, JAVA and SQL/Oracle Database.
• Perform Root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive escalations calls with the customer
