Job Description
This SAP BASIS Architect role at Google involves designing, installing, and managing SAP NetWeaver, ERP, S/4HANA, GRC, Solution Manager, TMS/Charm, BW, BW4/HANA, and MDG. You will have experience coding with shell scripting, Go, Python, C, C++, or Java, and experience with Linux and SQL. Daily responsibilities include engineering and running SAP infrastructure to meet performance, security, availability, and scalability requirements, interacting with business analysts and developers, performing operational Database Engineering duties, analyzing performance issues, and partnering with third-party vendor products teams. The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience with 3 years of experience designing, installing, and managing SAP NetWeaver, ERP, S/4Hana, GRC, Solution Manager, TMS/Charm, BW, BW4/HANA, MDG. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
