- Direct and monitor all accounting entries to ensure that they are in accordance with the accounting standards and comply with all relevant laws.
- Responsible for monthly closure of accounts on a timely basis.
- Preparation of MIS and variance analysis based on MIS/Budgets and acting upon the same.
- Design and Implement Internal Control Process wherever required and improve the existing processes.
- Dealing with external auditors (Big-4), internal auditors, investors and external agencies.
