Develop and implement ABAP governance standards and processes to ensure highest quality of developments.
Ensure the communication of and enforce the adherence to defined development processes and standards.
Work with and proactively monitor the development activities of SAP Vendors whom JCI has agreements with; ensuring their deliverables and processes are aligned with JCI standards and policies.
Participate and provide oversight to the implementation of industry best practices for SAP operational excellence and product development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, waterfall, ASAP)
Lead technical integration efforts for mobile technologies and other SAP products such as SAP HANA, Fiori, etc.; partner with Enterprise Architecture, technical and operational teams to make recommendations on preferred solutions.
Defines development plans and career path for team members in all regions and helps and facilitates in evaluating and building up their skills.
Conduct meetings and presents status to the Leadership team
