Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR process for the project
Conducting workshops with key users & preparing technical scope documents
Must have good documentation skills including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes
Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently and with others, in preparing technical specifications, work on developments and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixes
Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
Proven knowledge and experience in developments with HR ABAP, ABAP, ESS & MSS including FPM and S/4 HANA knowledge in code remediation of objects in HANA migration
Good knowledge and understanding of solution architectures
Experience in new developments and analyzing existing developments
SAP SuccessFactors WebDynpro & Adobe forms will be an added advantage
