• Lead customer-facing technical requirements sessions
• Exercise Salesforce expertise to design and implement technical solutions (including mobile applications) for clients, providing various solution options and informed opinions on recommended approaches
• Be hands-on in the software development process and lead by example producing clean, well structured and architected code and/or declarative configuration to fulfill business requirements
• Manage customer expectations, influence customer perception, and apply strategic thinking for long-term customer success
• Take ownership of high-risk or critical situations
