Configure and support Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, and customer data management. Maintain Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Data Transforms, and SQL-based calculated insights while supporting deployment, UAT, optimization, and production support activities.
Requirements
Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, SQL development, APIs, JSON integrations, segmentation, customer engagement tracking, data modeling, identity resolution, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Ability to work with architects and analysts to deliver maintainable Data360 solutions.
