Principal Solution Engineer

Work closely with sales teams, partners, and product specialists to design and present Salesforce Digital Business solutions across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Loyalty Management. Lead customer discovery workshops, understand business challenges, create transformation roadmaps, deliver product demonstrations, build prototypes and proof of concepts, develop business value propositions, support RFP/RFI responses, and drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. Engage executive stakeholders and align Salesforce solutions with business KPIs and customer success objectives.

Strong experience in solution engineering, pre-sales consulting, digital marketing technologies, customer engagement platforms, cloud applications, analytics, CRM, and business transformation. Ability to conduct workshops, create technical and functional solution presentations, manage multiple customer engagements, communicate with C-level executives, and demonstrate business value through Salesforce technologies.
