- Provide Production Support by resolving day to day issues and provide assistance to the users
- Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Act as liaison with user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
