Job Description
• Work on Successfactor implementation and configuration tasks
• Assist in requirement gathering and business process mapping
• Develop/customize Successfactor workflows and business rules
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
• Prepare technical documentation and work with functional teams
Requirements
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Successfactor
• Knowledge of Successfactor modules such as Employee Central and Performance Management
• Exposure to full-cycle implementation is preferred
• B.Tech/B.E/MCA with relevant certification
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
