Job Title: HR Manager Location: Tirupati Property Type: Fire & Feast (3-Star Property - Restaurant, Café, Banquet, and 40 Rooms) Salary Package: INR 30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Education: MBA Graduate Job Description: As the HR Manager for Fire & Feast, a prestigious 3-star property in Tirupathi, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our restaurant, café, banquet facilities, and 40-room accommodation. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Staffing: • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. • Develop and maintain a talent pool to meet the staffing needs of the property. • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and job descriptions. • Employee Relations: • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. • Implement employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration. • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Training & Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge. • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. • Performance Management: • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback. • Work with department heads to develop performance improvement plans and career development strategies. • Recognize and reward high-performing employees. • Compliance & Policy Management: • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. • Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed. • Compensation & Benefits: • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. • Conduct salary surveys and benchmark studies to ensure competitive pay structures. • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other related HR functions. • HR Administration: • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. • Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment, training, and legal matters. Qualifications: • MBA Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
