Role Overview: Venkatesh Naturals seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to manage HR functions for our Chhindwara factory, overseeing approximately 200 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
• Training: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development, and implement career development plans.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Health & Safety: Uphold workplace safety standards and implement health and safety policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• 3-4 years of HR Manager experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
