Here is an overview of their key role and responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing: Conduct job interviews, screen candidates, and manage the hiring process. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews. Develop and oversee employee development plans and training programs. Manage disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment and inquiries. Payroll and Compensation: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits. Participate in salary surveys to determine competitive pay rates. Talent Development: Identify opportunities for skill development and career growth for employees. Collaborate with managers to create training programs and succession plans. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to enhance the workplace culture. Communication and Documentation: Facilitating effective communication between management and employees. Creating and maintaining HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Qualification Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry. Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
