HR Manager

SILENT ENTERPRISES PVT LTD 

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead and manage our HR and Administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Administrative Coordination and Legal compliances .

-Document Keeping and Licensing, Registrations etc.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met effectively.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Nurture a positive working environment and culture.

- Handle disciplinary matters and resolve employee issues or grievances.

- Identify training needs and oversee the design and implementation of training programs.

- Prepare and manage HR budgets and employee benefits programs.

- Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure alignment with the company’s operational requirements.
