Identify and source potential candidates for mid to senior-level positions in a top leading engineering MNC.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess the suitability of applicants.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise open positions and attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals for future opportunities.
Assist in negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
Maintain records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
Oversee the payroll management process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Stay current on labor legislation and inform the HR department to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the HR team and management to optimize recruitment and payroll processes.
