NCR JOB CONSULTANT

We are looking for an HR – Executive to handle a variety of Human Resources tasks.
• should be proactive
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have good knowledge in Recruitment Process
• Should have good knowledge on Job portals.
• Conducting Mass Drives.
• Plan and manage campus recruitment drives.
• Maintain, update employees data.
• Maintaining historical employee records, scheduling, monitoring employee appraisals.
• Preparing various hr letters (Offer letter, appointment letter etc).
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
