Role and Responsibilities :
• To update Employee Master in excel.
• To prepare Employee personnel files.
• To update Statutory Payment, salary entries all pan India in ERP.
• To complete pan India Salary Journal entries in ERP.
• To Tally salary ledger.
• Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters and Compensation fitment as well as exit letters.
• Coordination with employees for PF, ESIC issues.
• Generating PF and ESIC number of new Joiners and updating in employee master and payroll.
• Ensure and open salary bank accounts of new joiners.
• Register new joiners in Payroll software.
• Assisting for organizing events accordingly.
• Coordinating for ID cards and distributing it accordingly.
