Inventive Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISSPL) is a well-established company operating in power utility domain across India.

We specialize in Metering, Billing, RMS, MRI analysis for Electricity, Water and Gas domains. ISSPL is looking for suitable candidate for the role of HR Executive.

Positions: 1-2

Location: Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Managing internal hiring of all positions

· Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes

· Using social media, portals, various consultants, internal referral schemes, etc. for effective

recruitment

· Conducting telephonic, video, face to face interviews

· Onboarding and exit formalities.

· Vendor management.

· HRMS operations.

· Maintaining periodic trackers and MIS.

· General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. 4

· Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing HR and administrative support queries.

· Leave and attendance management.

· Planning of company events or activities.

· Supervising team activities with active follow ups

· Reward & recognition program execution.

· Employee engagement.

Qualification and Key Skills:

· 0-2 Years experience is required

· Any Graduate + M.B.A (H.R.)

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Should be a team player

· Exceptional time management skills

· Proficiency in MS-Word is a must
