Requirements
• Education: MBA HR
• Work experience of 3-5 years as Senior HR Executive / HR Manager in any company with 50+ employees
• Hands off experience in handling employees / Recruitments / General HR matters
• Strong Headed / Aggresive
• Good Computer Knowledge specially in MS Office & any HRMS and Email handling
• Good Communication Skills
• Manage a team of recruiters & HR Generalist
• Ensure employee management
• Implementation HRMS from time to time to ensure automation of the department
• Ensure all HR matters including payroll, recruitments, etc are happening as per objectives of the company
