The Hiring For SAP TRM Consultant role at Deloitte US-India Offices focuses on delivering advanced SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions for enterprise finance environments. The consultant will work closely with treasury, finance, banking, and compliance stakeholders to understand operational requirements and transform them into scalable SAP solutions. Responsibilities include SAP configuration, treasury process optimization, bank communication setup, liquidity forecasting, transaction management, hedge accounting, risk exposure analysis, payment workflows, and integration with SAP FI/CO modules. The role also involves conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, managing testing cycles, supporting go-live activities, resolving production issues, and ensuring adherence to financial governance standards. Candidates will contribute to digital transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and modern treasury technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP TRM, Hedge Management, Cash Management. Applicants must demonstrate experience in SAP implementations, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support. Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, banking interfaces, liquidity planning, hedge management, and enterprise reporting is highly preferred. Candidates should have excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, BCM, EBS, Fiori applications, and Agile delivery environments will be considered an advantage. Ability to work independently, mentor junior consultants, and manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced consulting engagements is expected.
