• Empathizing with customers to create realistic processes to ensure accurate data capture
• Creating a user-centric system platform to enable our vision for the future of the office
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: data analytics, computer modelling, computer science, or math
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience; professional services industry experience a plus
• Strong computer skills, particularly databases and data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau and PowerPoint.
