Data Scientist I

The Data Scientist will be a key member of the Analytics, Insights, and Innovation team, working closely with various business units to provide data-driven insights and solutions. The role involves developing and implementing analytical models, leveraging AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems, and driving data-centric decision-making processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data-driven models, applying AI/ML techniques to analyze large datasets, collaborating with stakeholders, building scalable analytical workflows, conducting statistical analysis and predictive analytics, implementing classification and regression models, and exploring Generative AI and LLM techniques. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

2-3 years of experience in data science or AI/ML-focused roles. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with expertise in data wrangling. Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation. Exposure to Generative AI and prompt engineering. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Any Graduate or LLM in Law. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
