Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will solve cutting-edge, challenging problems working alongside a great team of world-class data scientists and analytics experts. Responsibilities include mining data to prototype models for targeting and personalization, communicating results to scientific and business stakeholders, collaborating with other engineers and data scientists, and designing and building large-scale data, machine learning, and analytics applications and pipelines. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization.

2+ years of hands-on industry experience in Data Science/ML with Python, Spark MLlib, and SQL. Experience with large structured and unstructured datasets. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, dimensionality reduction techniques, and data engineering. Experience with GIT. Insurance domain experience preferred. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
