Data Science & AI Specialist

The Data Science & AI Specialist will develop and implement machine learning models and optimization algorithms for industrial assets, create scalable prototypes and customer-centric digital solutions, collaborate with business units and customers to deliver tailored process control and scheduling applications. The role requires expertise in statistic, machine learning, and optimization theory, leveraging open-source and commercial optimizers, and developing working prototypes for evaluation and demonstration. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization. The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale data ecosystems, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced data scientists and cross-functional technology teams.

4-8 years of experience in development of optimization workflows applied to industrial analytics. PhD/M.Tech/MS in Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering. Extensive programming in Python, R, or Matlab. Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
