Requirements
• We need CRM one functional consultant with 5+ years of experience and two CRM Functional consultant with 7+ years of exp. • Should have experience on CIC (Customer interaction Center) • Should have experience on Case Management • Experience of Activity types, BP roles, Status Management, Work Center • Any experience in S/4HANA for customer management will be added advantage (though not mandatory)
