AM/DM - Data Analyst / Data Scientist / Digital Project Lead

Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.
• Work with big data, unstructured data
• Build and train machine learning models for prediction, classification, and other tasks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science.
• Should be able to perform EDA of raw data & and feature engineering wherever applicable
• Acquainted with know-how of JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool

Competency Requirement: -

Technical/Functional:
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
• Should have basic knowledge about cloud platforms such as AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivots, Charts) and PowerBI
• Should have basic working experience with Spark for big-data analytics

Others:
• Experience working in manufacturing/ process based industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to problem solve in an environment with unclear requirements.
• Experience of working using Agile methodologies

Eligibility Criteria: -

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent

Certifications / courses in Data Science/ Data Engineering preferred
