At least 8 years of experience in Learning programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions

Mandatory skills*: -

At least 8 to 10 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions. Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using BTP the platform Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using the BTP platform
