Job Summary:

We are seeking an RCM Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into our Revenue Cycle Management processes within Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both RCM and HR systems, ensuring that onboarding is efficient, compliant, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process for new employees in the RCM department, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Collaborate with HR and IT to set up employee access in Employee Central and relevant RCM tools.
Conduct training sessions on RCM processes and Employee Central functionalities for new hires.
Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns related to onboarding.
Monitor and report on onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the onboarding process.
