SuccessFactors QA and Tester | [MT-83]

Senovo IT looking for an experienced SuccessFactors QA & Tester with expertise in PMGM, Compensation, Variable Pay, Access Management, Reporting, and Talent Intelligence Hub. This role focuses on ensuring accurate configuration and testing within SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement test plans and strategies for SuccessFactors modules.
- Conduct configuration testing, focusing on PMGM, Compensation, and Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Manage defect tracking and troubleshooting using tools like ServiceNow or Asana.
- Perform performance and load testing for optimal system functionality.
- Prepare test documentation and report test results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of SuccessFactors testing experience.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, performance testing, SQL, and HR campaign testing.
