Job Description

Must Have 8-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• At least 8 years of experience in Learning programs with at least 5 years experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements
• Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions

Mandatory skills*: -
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions.
• Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using BTP the platform
• Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
• Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using the BTP platform
