Job Description :

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Candidate must have 3 Yrs of experience in SAP SuccessFactors

Experience in implementation, support, rollout at least 2-3 Sf modules (SF EC is MUST)

Experience to handle small/large scale team

Interaction with business stakeholder, face customer meetings

Project execution knowledge (SAP Activate methodology)

Certification of any Sf module will be added value but NOT mandatory

Experience in SuccessFactors proposal writeup

Involved in process and functional/technical design activities

Involved in analysis of AS IS and TO BE processes

Creating functional or technical requirements as an input to application design

Involved in application build, test, and deploy activities

Planning and executing data conversion activities

Developing and testing detailed functional and technical designs for business solution components

Driving test planning and execution break fix, enhancements and problem management delivery
