Job Title: SAP HR (Success Factor) Testing

Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Perform detailed manual testing to ensure the functionality and integrity of SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Time & Attendance (T&A) modules.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
Conduct integration testing with other systems and validate end-to-end business processes.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during the UAT phase.
Maintain and update testing documentation and knowledge base articles.
Provide regular testing status reports and participate in project. status meetings.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Skills And Experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Technical Proficiency
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules, particularly Employee Central (EC) and Time & Attendance (T&A).
Proven experience in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and convey testing processes and results clearly.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and priorities,
