• Handling post go-live tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in ITSM tool. • Providing consultation and helping in resolving the integration issues with other modules • Adherence to Project Management Office processes. • Minimum 4-5 years SAP SD experience. With preferably 2/3 years domain experience • To be based at Goa / Gurugram and report to office
