•Minimum 3 years SAP SD experience. With preferably 2/3 years domain experience •Handling post go-live tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in ITSM tool. •Providing consultation and helping in resolving the integration issues with other modules •Adherence to Project Management Office processes. •To be based at Goa / Pune and report to Mumbai office
