1. Being IT business partner in operations questions, concepts, strategic discussions and business process design 2. Developing of concepts for optimization of the SD processes in collaboration with the operating department. (digitalization and process standardization and automatization with innovative solutions) 3. Support and consulting of SAP processes and application optimization in the area of Sales and Distribution (SD) with internal and external customers. 4. Checking, testing, redesign and implementation of SD processes in existing system 5. Analyzing and correction of errors in the SD modules including global and 2nd level support
