• Work with Customer Applications Lead to Support audit for SAP queries in SAP SD • Validation & confirmation of effort estimation and solution provided by Service Providers in SAP SD • Work with SAP Support teams & Business teams as needed to help resolve the support issues in SAP SD • Periodic interactions with business stake holders for SAP SD Contribution to Projects • Work with the Project Managers to identify the roles, responsibilities, deliverables and timelines for SD areas • Conduct User Training, setting up the acceptance criteria assist in UAT and ensure & knowledge transfer from the Project team to Core User
