Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders

Architect and Design Solutions within the SAP ECC – SD
Assist with the development of Blueprint and Scope documents for proposed projects/enhancements/bugs
Create functional specifications to capture Design and Requirements
Design testing plans for unit, end to end, integration and regression testing
Production support for SAP ECC-SD involving troubleshooting, debugging, resolving help requests, consulting with end-users and basis/ABAP personnel
Prepare Business Process Procedure documentation to support changes made to the system
Communicated and facilitate the interaction with SAP support ( OSS )
