• Should have hands on experience in conducting workshops to identify the AS-IS business process, designing the TO-BE future processes, preparing test scope, training and documentation. • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers across regions • Strong hands-on experience with test management tools like HPALM / MFALM • Strong hands-on experience with month end and year end closing process within O2C and its integration support with FI
