• Planning, Managing and executing the development work include End to End handling of Change requests demands.
• Guiding L2 consultants for resolution of day to day issues, designing solution for critical issues
• To assess new change requests and to provide an impact assessment
• Ensure that relevant configuration, development and testing documentation is maintained and followed, especially in accordance with project standards and procedures
