Escalations, Incident and Problem Management: Lead incident escalations, problem management, Root cause analysis, Disaster recovery planning and procedures. Support Readiness: Proactively partner with Project Teams and Lead Support readiness engagement for new projects/functional implementations. Standardization & Documentation: Provide guidance to Vendor team on usage of accepted industry standard support processes and optimize staffing.
