Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ yrs experience in SAP HCM, mainly on PA, OM, PA-OM integration, Payroll
• Experience of minimum 3 End to End SAP HCM implementations
• Expertise in the configuration of PA, OM to support new and existing functionality
• Experience in Data load including LSMW
• Experience working on multi-country project would be preferred
• Experience working on WRICEF objects including reports, interfaces
• Hands-on experience managing integration with vendors both inbound and outbound with SAP
• Handling customer requirements and able to provide solutions and design
• Experience in documentation including FS, Blueprint, Test scripts
