Job Description • SAP functional support to all the technical/non-technical teams • Support the Documentation team by providing release/sprint updates • Preparation of functional specification documents prior to the start of Sprints • Work with UI/UX team for the readiness of designs for scoped features • Support PSO and CSD • Provide up to date demo data and systems showcasing the latest product features • Process SSS Tickets within SLA time frames. • Business process and data setup in SAP • Update JIRA stories with requirements, acceptance criteria • Coordination with UI/UX to get designs for Product features.
