• Based on pilot learnings, develop the processes required to bring these requirements rapidly into standard operations into the other operating units.
• Provide technical assistance to the complete value chain across units to ensure the SCM process is aligned to optimize the productivity.
• Training the respective units in running the SCM Digital process system.
