You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Hands-on experience on SAP HCM Time and Organization management modules.
• Must have experience with writing functional specifications for RICEFW.
• Experience in incident lifecycle management and customer interaction and problem management
• The candidate should have a Minimum of 2 Support project experiences.
• Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked with the client directly.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business Knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Masters Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited college or university
