 Change Requests & Functional Support Development of new business processes and improvement in existing process as per end user requirement to meet organizational goals and objectives. Also management of roles and authorization control in SAP as per the business requirement.
 Timely Compliance To ensure compliance to schedule for change requests (new existing process changes), statutory & regulatory requirements.
 End User Interaction & Training To interact with business users periodically for discussions on business needs. 
Also facilitate end user & regular refresher training for existing and new functionality for a specific module.
 Learning & Development To explore advance functionality in SAP, keeping abreast with the new technologies, implementing the same to meet the functional goals and objectives. Also participating in Seminars
 Workshops Training for skill enhancement and strengthening the domain expertise.
 Documentation To maintain the Functional Specification documents for Technical Consultants for the new developments and changes carried out in the system.
 BD To support BD group in Pre sales and implementation phases.
