• Experience in agile development (e.g. SCRUM, extreme programming) and with distributed development is highly welcome • Exposure to Test Driven development and passionate about unit tests, integration tests, performance tests and test automation • Focused, pragmatic and result oriented; like to work autonomously as well as in a team • Sense of commitment and responsibility and an ability to take initiative • Supports/Enables the team to organize along a prioritized backlog, in tight alignment with Product Owner (PO)
